The City Of Jakobstad Is Procuring Loose Furniture For The New Bonäs School At Bonäsgatan 10–12 In Jakobstad. The School Includes Pre-School And Grades 1–5, With A Total Student Body Of Approximately 200 Students. The Gross Floor Area Of The Building Is 3,605.4 Brm² And The Building Has Two (2) Floors. The School Is Planned As A Shoe-Free School. The School Will Be Completed In June 2026 And Put Into Use In August Of The Same Year. The Loose Interior Design Should Support The Schools Educational Operating Concept And Contribute To A Safe, Flexible And Inspiring Learning Environment. The Furniture Must Be Durable, Ergonomic And Adapted To Different Users. They Must Form An Aesthetically Uniform Whole And Meet The Requirements For Functionality, Safety, Accessibility And Well-Being. The Materials Durability, Life Cycle Impact And Fire Safety Must Be Taken Into Account. The Loose Furniture Is Procured Delivered, Cleaned And Assembled On Site. Delivery And Assembly Of The Loose Furniture Will Take Place In Spring 2026. The Final Delivery And Assembly Plan Will Be Established In Consultation With The Customer After The Suppliers Have Been Selected. All Furniture Must Be Assembled By 30.6.2026 At The Latest. The Customer Reserves The Right To Make Minor Changes To The Furniture Procured And To Their Number If The Need Arises. Any Changes Are Discussed With The Supplier, And If The Number Of Products To Be Procured Changes, The Unit Price List That The Supplier Attached To Its Tender Is Usually Used As The Basis For Deductions/Additional Compensation. The Supplier Must Be Responsible For Necessary Protection In The Assembly Areas And Along The Transport Routes (Floors, Walls, Doors, Fixed Furnishings, Etc.), Taking Into Account That The Furniture Delivery And Assembly Takes Place In A New Building With Cleanliness Class P1. The Cleanliness Class Also Applies To The Delivery Of Furniture. The Supplier Must Handle And Remove Packaging Waste In Such A Way That The Delivery Or Assembly Of Furniture Does Not Cause Dust In The Premises Of The New Building. After The Installations, The Supplier Must Remove The Used Protection And Clean The Spaces Used To The Same Condition As They Were When They Were Handed Over To The Supplier. Damage Caused To The Building Or Its Fixed Furnishings As A Result Of Deliveries Or Assembly Must Be Compensated To The Customer. The Design Proposals, Images And Measurements Presented In The Furnishing Plan (Appendix 1) Are Indicative. The Most Important Thing Is That The Furniture Fits Into The Space And Follows The Architects Vision. Note That There May Be Discrepancies Or Conflicting Information Between Annex 1 And Annex 4. In Such Cases, Annex 1 Shall Be Considered The Governing And Prioritized Document.
