The Procurement Includes The Repairs Of The Glass Facade And Brick Facades In Accordance With The Contract Calculation Documents. The Building Has A Protection Designation Sr-1 And Is Located At Ankkurikatu 7 Lahti. The Project Is Implemented According To The Plans Commissioned By The Customer As A Total Contract, Where The Contractor Has A Direct Contractual Relationship With The Customer. The Contractor Is Responsible For Site Management Responsibilities. The Time Targets Of The Contract Are Presented In The Draft Contract Attached To The Request For Tender.
