If There Are Less Than Three (3) Acceptable Offers, Less Than Three (3) Bidders Can Be Selected. The Basis Of Comparison Is The Cheapest Offer By Sub-Area. The Offer With The Lowest Price Will Receive 100 Points In The Offer Comparison. The Requirements For The Offeror And The Quality Requirements Of The Products Are Presented In The Eligibility Requirements And Criteria Of The Request For Tenders. In Addition, The Products To Be Delivered Must Meet The Draft Contract, Anti-Slip And Dust-Binding Agents For Traffic Areas 2026-2027 (2028-2029) Section 6. Quality Requirements Conditions. Orders Are Carried Out Based On The Order Of Priority According To The Time Of Order And Pick-Up By Sub-Region. The Customer Has The Right To Deviate From The Order Of Priority In Cases According To The Draft Contract (Attachment To The Request For Tenders), Section 9. Framework Arrangement.
