Description Of The Service The Purpose Of The Youth Summer Entrepreneur Program Is To Support Young People Who Are Interested In Creating A Business, For Example As Their Own Summer Job. The Summer Entrepreneur Program Should Produce New Services In The Satakunta Area, Give Young People Practical Experience In Entrepreneurship, And Support Young People Who Have Already Implemented Summer Entrepreneurial Activities In The Past To Continue With Their Own Business. The Goal Of The Program Should Be That Young People Also Learn Working Life Skills. During The Program, Young People Prepare A Business Plan, Which Is Approved By The Service Provider. The Goal Is For The Participants To Work As Entrepreneurs During The Summer Season, To Support Which The Young Person Can Get A Summer Entrepreneur Voucher. An Approved Business Plan Is A Condition For Issuing A Summer Entrepreneur Voucher. Digital Solutions. The Start Of The Program Must Be Organized As A Live Event In Cooperation With The City Of Pori; Ohjaamo Has Offered To Deliver The Space Solutions Required For This Free Of Charge. The Facilities In Question Are Located In The Center Of Pori. In Addition To The Start, The Closing Event Of The Program Must Also Be Organized As A Live Event. The Program Must Also Include 1-2 Other Real-Time And Interactive Group Events, E.G. Conducted Remotely / Over The Network, These Will Be Agreed Separately With The Customer. The Program Must Offer Young People Personal And Peer Support, Mentoring And Practical Guidance During The Program Period In Ways That Support Young People And Are Easily Accessible To Them. The Youth Summer Entrepreneur Program Should Be As Concrete, Practical, Encouraging And Motivating As Possible. The Tenderer Must Include In His Offer Ready-Made Marketing Materials Aimed At Young People In Order To Reach Young People, Which E.G. Pori City Communications, Control Center And Schools Are Free To Use. The Provider Undertakes To Provide The Service To A Maximum Of Twenty (20) Young People Living In Pori. There Must Be Both New Young People With No Previous Entrepreneurial Experience And Young People Who Participated In The Summer Entrepreneur Program Of The City Of Pori In 2023 Or 2024. In The Procurement Contract To Be Drawn Up Later, The Customer Together With The Provider Defines The Quantities For Each Of The Different Groups. The More Precise Content Of The Program, Methods Of Organization And Schedules Are Agreed Upon In Cooperation With The Customer. Basis Of Payment A Fixed Total Price Is Paid For The Purchase. The Total Purchase Price Can Be A Maximum Of Eur 30,000 (Vat 0) Per Year. The Price Is Fixed For The Entire Contract Period, Including Any Option Period. Option Purchase Includes One (1) Year Option Reservation. The Likely Year Of Use Of The Option Is 2027. The Subscriber Will Notify The User Of The Option Period Separately. Other Notes To Every Young Person Who Has Completed The Youth Summer Entrepreneur Program, The City Of Pori Will Pay A Summer Entrepreneur Voucher With A Maximum Value Of 400 Euros. The Payment Of The Note To The Young Person Is Handled By The Provider, According To The Terms And Conditions To Be Agreed Upon In The Procurement Contract To Be Drawn Up Later With The Customer. The Tenderer Invoices The Summer Entrepreneur Vouchers From The City In The Manner And Schedule Agreed In The Procurement Contract, And They Are Not Included In The Procurement Price. A Maximum Of 20 Summer Entrepreneur Vouchers Can Be Granted.
