Tenders are invited for Supplying and Installation of Automated Water Level Monitoring and Rain Gauge System in 100 Locations across 27 River Basins in Sri Lanka The bidding document in the English language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR. 40,000.00 from October 24, 2025 between 9.00 am and 3.30 pm on any working day. The method of payment will be by Cash. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before November 28, 2025 at 3.30 p.m. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Bank Guarantee: LKR 2.5 million. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be arranged at 10:30 a.m. on November 03, 2025 in the Conference Room at the address given below.
