Provision Of Passenger Transport Service In A Van-Type Motor Vehicle, With The Following Minimum Specifications:• Minimum Capacity: 15 (Fifteen) Seated Passengers, In Addition To The Driver; • Category: Van Type Vehicle, Closed, For Collective Use, With Suitable Characteristics For Intermunicipal And Urban Transport; • Comfort: Upholstered Seats, Fixed Or Reclining, With Individual Seat Belts And Arrangements That Ensure Comfort And Ergonomics For Passengers; • Air Conditioning: Equipped With A Functional Air-Conditioning System, With Sufficient Capacity To Maintain A Comfortable Internal Temperature Throughout The Journey; • Driver: Duly Qualified Professional With Drivers License Category “D” Or Higher, With Public Passenger Transport Course, Proven Experience And Good Conduct In Serving The Public; • Safety: Vehicle Complies With The Brazilian Traffic Code (Ctb) And Other Safety Standards, Equipped With Fire Extinguisher, Warning Triangle, Jack, Spare Wheel, Seat Belts On All Seats, Adequate Lighting And First Aid Kit; • Maintenance And Conservation: Vehicle In Excellent Condition, With Tires In Good Condition, Updated Mechanical Inspection, Intact Bodywork, Paintwork And Upholstery In Good Condition, And Adequate Internal And External Cleaning; • Documentation And Insurance: Vehicle With Regular Documentation, Duly Licensed And Insured, With Full Coverage For Third Parties And Passengers During The Service Provision Period. Additional Observations: • The Contractor Must Provide The Complete Service, Including Driver, Food, Accommodation, Fuel, Tolls, Maintenance, Fees And Other Operating Costs; • The Mileage To Be Considered Will Be That Actually Traveled (Round Trip), In Accordance With Authorizations From The Administration; • Embarkation And Disembarkation Will Take Place At Locations And Times Defined In Advance By The Contracting Party, Which May Include Weekends, Holidays And Night Hours, Depending On The Needs Of The Service, Providing A Passenger Transport Service In A Minibus-Type Motor Vehicle, With The Following Minimum Technical Specifications: • Minimum Capacity: 28 (Twenty-Eight) Seated Passengers, In Addition From The Driver; • Category: Vehicle Classified As Highway Minibus, Suitable For Short, Medium And Long Distance Trips; • Comfort: Upholstered And Upholstered Armchairs, Fixed Or Semi-Reclining, With Individual Seat Belts And Ergonomics Suitable For Transporting Passengers; • Air Conditioning: Equipped With A Fully Functioning Air-Conditioning System, Capable Of Maintaining An Adequate Internal Temperature Throughout The Journey; • Sanitary: Internal Chemical Bathroom (Bwc), Sanitized And Fully Functioning, Available For Use By Passengers During Trips; • Driver: Qualified Professional In The Category Required By Current Legislation, With An Updated Drivers License, Proven Experience In Driving Public Transport Vehicles And A Posture Compatible With Serving The Public; • Safety: Duly Licensed Vehicle, With All Mandatory Equipment Required By The Brazilian Traffic Code (Ctb), Including Fire Extinguisher, First Aid Kit, Wheel Wrench, And Signaling Lights In Perfect Working Condition; • Maintenance And Conservation: Vehicle In Excellent Mechanical And Structural Condition, Adequate Internal And External Cleaning, Absence Of Visual Or Structural Damage, And Up-To-Date Documentation; • Insurance:
