Implementation Of Smr For Site: New Educational Building With A Gym At A Branch Of Aleko Konstantinov Elementary School, City Of Plovdiv, Financed Under The Project Plovdiv - Accessible, Connected, Attractive For Life, Work And Education, Program Bg16ffpr003-1.001 Support For Integrated Urban Development In The 10 Urban Municipalities - Main Growth Centers Under Priority 1 Integrated Urban Development Of The Program Development Of The Regions 2021-2027 (Prd) - Provision Of 100% Grant-In-Aid Under The Program. The Object Is Group I, Iv-Fourth Category Construction, According To Art. 137, Para. (1), Item 4 Of Zut. The Main Purpose Of The Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Implementation Of Smr Within The Agreed Period With The Contractor And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Bulgarian Legislation For The Object: New Educational Building With A Gym At A Branch Of Ou Aleko Konstantinov, The City Of Plovdiv In Upi I - 518.533 - For Education, Quarter 204 According To The Plan Of The Iigr. Part, District Central, City Of Plovdiv, According To An Approved Project And Issued A Building Permit - Includes The Construction Of A New Building With A Gymnasium, Accompanied By Its Service Premises, And On The Upper Level, 4 New Classrooms And Study Rooms Are Being Built, In Order To Enable All Classes From The Initial Stage Of Education To Be Accommodated In One Building And With One School Yard. Considering The Construction And Repair Works That Will Be Carried Out In The Yard, Reconstruction Of The Yard Space Is Also Planned. The New Building Is Planned On Two Main Levels And One Half Level. On The First Level Is The Gym With Service Rooms To It - Sanitary Facilities For Girls And Boys, A Room For Inventory, A Room For Access Control. On The Intermediate Level There Are Changing Rooms For Students, A Coachs Room, Rooms For Quiet Games (Workshop). On The Second Level There Are 4 Classrooms.
