Expression of Interest for Development of Head Office Building and Purpose-Built Facility for the Liberia Interbank Payment and Settlement System (LIB-PSS) Scope of Work The selected firm will be expected to: Design Services: Lead and/or coordinate architectural, engineering, MEP, ICT, and sustainability designs to meet operational, regulatory, and future scalability needs. Budget preparation: Develop a project cost, and coordinate tenders for the selection of suitable contractors for construction. Project Management Oversight: Ensure activities are delivered within scope, schedule, and budget, and in accordance with international best practices. Quality Assurance: Supervise, monitor, and certify project milestones, ensuring compliance with design standards, safety requirements, and environmental and social safeguards. Project Lifecycle Coverage: Support the CBL across all phases of the project - concept development, design, procurement, construction supervision, commissioning, and postoccupancy monitoring.
