System Maintenance Services – Soc System Configuration And Maintenance Services Of Subordinate Institutions Of The Ministry Of The Environment Participating In The Creation Of The National Soc/Csirt Modular System. The Object Of The Purchase Is The Ministry Of The Environment (Hereinafter Referred To As The Buyer) And The Environmental Protection Agency Under The Ministry Of The Environment, The Department Of Environmental Protection Under The Ministry Of The Environment, The Environmental Project Management Agency, The Lithuanian Geological Survey, The Lithuanian Hydrometeorological Service, The National Land Service, The State Forestry Service, The State Territorial Planning And Construction Inspectorate Under The Ministry Of The Environment, The State Protected Areas Service And Všį Statybos For The Sector Development Agency (Hereinafter Referred To As The Service Recipients) The Installation Of Security Operations Center Tools (Hereinafter Referred To As Soc Tools) Recommended By The National Cyber Security Center (Hereinafter Referred To As Nksc) And Defined In The National Soc/Csirt Modular System Creation Project (Hereinafter Referred To As Soc Tools) In The Infrastructure Of The Customer And Service Recipients, Their Maintenance And Security Analytics Using Soc Tools (Hereinafter Referred To As Soc Services). Soc Tools Are: 1. Elastic Stack Security Information And Event Management System (Hereinafter - Siem Or Security Information And Event Management); 2. Security Onion Network Intrusion Detection System (Hereinafter Referred To As Nids Or Network Intrusion Detection System); 3. Nessus Vulnerability Detection System (Hereinafter – Vst Or Vulnerability Scanning Tool); 4. Request Tracker For Incident Response (Rtir) Incident Management System (Hereinafter - Ims Or Incident Management System). This Purchase Does Not Include The Installation, Maintenance And Soc Services Of The Buyers Siem Tool For Siem Escalated Incidents. However, All Incidents Captured By Buyers Logrhythm Siem Must Be Logged In Ims. The Services Must Be Provided For 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Purchase Agreement. An Extension Of The Term Of Service Provision Is Not Foreseen. The Supplier Will Be Billed Monthly For Services Actually Performed Properly And On Time. Soc Tool Maintenance Services Are Provided On Weekdays, During Business Hours According To The Sla 9X5 Model (Weekdays From 8:00 A.M. To 5:00 P.M.).
