A Local Heating Network Is To Be Created In The Center Of The Municipality Of Forst In Baden-Württemberg. The Goal Is A Constantly Growing Renewable Local Heating Network. The Origin Of The Heating Network Is A Newly Built Energy Center On The Grounds Of The Lußhardt Community School. Along The Heating Network Starting At The Lußhardt Community School, A Number Of Municipal Buildings Are To Be Built, Such As The Town Hall, The Library, The Kita Spielekiste, The Old Fire Station, The Jahnhalle, As Well As Other Buildings Belonging To Local Actors, Such As The Kita Josefstrasse, The Astrid Lindgren School, The Parsonage And The Planned New Building Of The Senior Citizens Home, As Well As A New Building Area That Is Currently Being Planned With Approx. 5,000 M² Of Heated Area. The Municipal Buildings Have An Annual Heat Requirement Of Around 1,230 Mwh With A Heating Output Of Around 780 Kw. The Buildings Of The Other Local Actors Mentioned Above Require Around 600 Mwh Of Heat Annually With A Heating Output Of Around 465 Kw. In Total, There Is A Heat Requirement Of Around 1,830 Mwh Per Year With A Heating Output Of Around 1,245 Kw. In Addition, The Communitys Clear Goal Is To Provide Additional Citizens With A Connection To The Newly Emerging And Constantly Growing Local Heating Network. Citizens Should Benefit From Regional, Renewable Heat. There Is Already A Keen Interest From Citizens And It Is Constantly Being Expressed. According To Municipal Heat Planning, There Is Additional Heat Connection Potential Of Around 2,000 Mwh Per Year (Private Customers) In The Direct Path Of The Designed Heating Network - Of Which Around 50% Of The Systems Were Built Before 2001 And Around 60% Of The Systems Were Built In The 80S To Mid-90S. In The Wider Town Center, With Heat Line Densities On The Main Routes Between 3 - 4 Mwh/M*A, There Is Still Significant Connection Potential Of Over 10,000 Mwh Per Year. 50% Of These Heating Systems Were Built Before 2001 And Around 60% Of Them Were Built In The 80S To Mid 90S. The Advertised Service Is An Energy Supply Contracting Over A 20-Year Contract Period Including The Classic Services, I.E. Planning, Construction, Financing, Operation, Maintenance, Repair And Fault Management Of Generation, Supply And Distribution Systems, As Well As All Peripheral Units. The Contractor Should Also Build A Functional Building For The Energy Center And Operate It In The Future. The Municipality Provides The Land Required For This. In Addition To These Tasks, The Contractor Is Also Responsible For Energy Billing With Customers.
