General Objective Of The Project: Consolidation And Efficiency Of The Building-Historical Monument, Located In Calea Calarasilor No. 29, Braila Municipality, In Order To Prevent Disaster Risks And Ensure Resilience To Climate Change. Specific Objectives: 1. Consolidation Of The Building Located In Calea Calarasilor No. 29, Braila Municipality. This Objective Has In Mind The Structural Consolidation Of The Building Located In Calea Calarasilor No. 29, Braila Municipality, According To The Technical Documentation Approved By The Beneficiary And Taking Into Account The Economic Viability Of The Proposed Solutions. Through The Seismic Consolidation Works Of The Existing Building, Currently Classified In The Rsii Seismic Risk Class, It Is Aimed That, At The End Of The Works, They Will Fall Into The Rsiii Seismic Class. 2. Energy Efficiency Of The Building Located In Calea Calarasilor No. 29, Braila Municipality. In Order To Achieve This Objective, The Project Provides Measures For Renovation/Thermoisolation Of The Opaque Part And The Glazed Part, Replacement Of Old And Inefficient Equipment With New And More Efficient Ones From An Energy Point Of View, Use Of Renewable Energy And Installation Of A Building Management And Control System, Type Bms (Building Management System), For Tracking, Recording And Action From The Distance Of The Installations From The Building (Heating, Ventilation, Lighting), Optimizing Their Operation And Reducing Energy Consumption. Following The Implementation Of The Project, The Building Will Be Classified In Energy Performance Class C. Description Of Requested Services: Stage I: Development Of Technical Project And Execution Details, Dtac, Dtoe Drawn Up According To H. G. No. 907/2016 In Conjunction With Law 50/1991 Regarding The Authorization Of Construction Works, For The Purpose Of Obtaining The Construction Authorization And The Preparation Of The Technical Documentation Necessary To Obtain All Agreements, Approvals And Authorizations Related To The Realization Of The Investment, But Not Limited To Them. Stage Ii: Technical Assistance From The Designer During The Procedure For Awarding The Public Works Procurement Contract, As Well As Follow-Up From The Designer During The Execution Of The Construction Works According To The Requirements Of This Specification.
