Work Detail
Miscellaneous Decoration Items – Supply – Installation – Removal & Maintenance Of Christmas Decorations Of The Municipality Of Filis For The Years 2025, 2026 & 2027. The Object Of This Contract Is The Supply, Installation And Removal For Storage Of The Christmas Festive Decorations Which Will Be Used To Decorate The Streets, Squares And In General The Common Areas In All The Municipal Units Of The Municipality Of Fili, During The Period Of The Christmas Holidays For The Years 2025, 2026 & 2027. It Also Includes The Maintenance And The Required Repairs Of The Already Existing Decoration Available To The Municipality, With The Aim Of Using It. The Expenditure For The Specific Supply And Installation Is Estimated To Amount To An Indicative Amount Of €490,862.68 (Budget €395,857.00 + Vat 24% €95,005.68 = €490,862.68) And Will Be Covered By The K.A. 15.6691.10001 Of The Budgets Of The Municipality Of The Financial Years 2025, 2026 & 2027 As An Ongoing Expenditure. Cpv: 39298900-6 Miscellaneous Decoration & 45451000-3 Decoration Work. The Selection Of The Contractor Will Be Carried Out By Conducting An Open Electronic Tender And With The Awarding Criterion Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Price In Relation To The Technical Characteristics Of The Items To Be Procured. This Contract Is Not Subdivided Into Sections. Offers Are Submitted For The Entire Contract And In Accordance With The Detailed Conditions Described In The Service Study No. 170/2025. The Duration Of The Procurement Is Defined From The Signing Of The Contract And For A Period Of Three (3) Years (2025, 2026 & 2027). The Delivery Of The Prescribed Items For Each Year And The Decoration Work Will Be Carried Out By December 10 Of The Year And The Removal And Transfer Of The Items To The Storage Areas Of The Municipality, From January 10 To 30 Of The Following Year. A Detailed Description Of The Physical And Financial Object Of The Contract Is Given In Appendix I Of This Announcement And In The Services Study No. 170/2025. The Contract May Be Amended During Its Duration, Without Requiring A New Procedure For Concluding A Contract, Only In Accordance With The Terms And Conditions Of Article 132 Of Law 4412/2016 And Following The Opinion Of The Materially Competent Service Or Otherwise The Service Designated By Decision Of The Aa.
