Graphic Design Services – Creation And Layout Of Communication Supports For The Cité Des Paysages. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices. Prices Are Subject To Review. The Services Are Remunerated By Applying The Unit Prices Set In The Price List To The Quantities Actually Executed, Within The Following Limit: 25,000 Euro(S) Maximum For The Initial Period Of The Framework Agreement. The Amounts Will Be Identical For Each Renewal Period. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded From The Date Of Notification Of The Contract, The Date Of January 1, 2026 Is Indicative. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of One (1) Year. The Framework Agreement Is Tacitly Renewed Until Its End. The Number Of Renewal Periods Is Set At 3. The Duration Of Each Renewal Period Is 1 Year. The Maximum Duration Of The Contract, All Periods Combined, Is 4 Years. There Is No Provision For Division Into Batches Given The Nature Of The Services Which Does Not Allow The Identification Of Distinct Services And Does Not Justify Such An Allotment Which, If Necessary, Would Be Likely To Restrict Competition And Would Make The Performance Of The Services Technically More Difficult And Financially More Costly. The Contract Includes Environmental Provisions Defined In The Ccap. The Contracting Authority May Entrust The Holder Of The Framework Agreement, In Application Of Articles L. 2122-1 And R. 2122-7 Of The Public Procurement Code, With One Or More New Framework Agreements Aimed At Carrying Out Similar Services. The Period During Which A New Framework Agreement May Be Concluded Cannot Exceed 3 Years From The Notification Of This Framework Agreement. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Negotiate According To The Terms Provided For In The Consultation Regulations.
