Street-Lighting Maintenance Services – Municipality Of Aldenhoven: Reorganization Of Public Lighting. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Operation Of Public Lighting In The Municipality Of Aldenhoven. The Operator Of Public Lighting Is Responsible In Particular For The Technical Management, Maintenance, Renewal, Construction And Dismantling Of The Lighting Systems (But Not The Electricity Supply). His Work Includes, Among Others, The Following Areas: (1) Technical Management Including System Control, (2) Changing Lamps; (3) Troubleshooting And Damage Elimination; (4) Management Activities (Including Advising The City, Warehousing, Purchasing, Planning) (4) Determining The Frequency For Maintenance And Inspections, (5) Regular Maintenance Work On Luminaires, Support Systems, Switching Points And Lighting Cables (Cable Troubleshooting In The Lighting Cable Network); Regular Inspections Of The Systems (6) Guarantee Of The Structural And Electrical Safety And Integrity Of The Systems, (7) Renewal Of The Lighting Systems And The Lighting Cable Network After Coordination With The Municipality. The Tender Does Not Cover The Supply Of Electricity Or A Transfer Of Ownership Of The Fixed Assets Used For Lighting. The Municipality Of Aldenhoven Is And Remains The Owner Of The Lighting Systems. However, It Grants The Winning Bidder Free Authorization To Use The Lighting Systems To Carry Out The Contract.
