Video-Surveillance System – Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of A Set Of Specialized Devices Designed For Ground Observation Of Forest Areas And Location Of Forest Fires (Early Fire Detection). Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Four Specialized Devices Intended For Ground Observation Of Forest Areas And Locating Forest Fires (Early Fire Detection), Along With Their Installation And Launch Of A Fire Monitoring System With Automatic Fire/Smoke Detection In Three Locations In The Łopuchówko Forest District. The Aim Of The System Will Be To Conduct Constant Fire Monitoring During The Day And Night And To Automatically Notify The Services In The Event Of A Fire Detection. Fire Cameras Installed In Observation Rooms Are To Cooperate With Fire Detection Software, Which Is Intended To Increase The Effectiveness Of Monitoring In A Given Area. Technical Solutions Must Allow For Future Changes/Updates To The System And Its Possible Expansion (Applies To Devices And Software). The Dispatcher On Duty At The Alarm And Dispatch Point Office Will Have A View Of The Image From The Fire Cameras Mounted On The Observation Rooms, The Current Position Of The Software And Camera Users On The Map, And The Current Azimuth At Which The Observation From The Fire Cameras Is Carried Out. The Alarm And Dispatch Point Of The Łopuchówko Forest District Is Located In The Town Of Łopuchówko 1, 62-095 Murowana Goślina, Poznań Poviat, Murowana Goślina Commune, Głębocko District, Registration Plot Number 126.
