Tenders are invited for Supplying and Servicing (Maintenance) of Office Equipment (Photocopiers/Roneo/ Fax) A non refundable fee of Rs. 2000.00 should be paid for each subject for which the suppliers apply and could be paid either by a cheque drawn in favour of Secretary, Urban Council, Chilaw or by cash. If payment is made in cash it should be paid to the Shroff Counter before 3.00 p.m. during office hours. Applicants within the Chilaw city limits should submit a copy of the receipt obtained upon payment of the Trading License Fees for year 2025 and the applicants outside the Chilaw city limits should submit a copy of the Business Registration Certificate.
