Tenders are invited for Supply of Medical Equipment and Medicines (Ayurvedic and Veterinary Drugs and Western Drugs) Separate applications should be submitted in respect of each subject and a fee of Rupees Five Thousand (Rs. 5,000.00) + VAT 18% will be charged and that fee may either be paid in cash to the Shroff of the Municipal Finance Department or may be paid by a cheque drawn in favour of Municipal Commissioner - Kaduwela Municipal Council and either the relevant cheque or the copy of the receipt obtained from shroff upon payment in cash should be attached to the application. Interested suppliers may download the application form for registration prepared in Sinhala from the www.kaduwela.mc.gov.lk website of the Kaduwela Municipal Council. Applications should be perfected as per the provided application form. Duly perfected applications along with the relevant documents may either be sent by registered post addressed to Municipal Commissioner, Kaduwela or hand delivered to receive on or before 24.11.2025 mentioning Registration of Suppliers - 2026 on the left hand top corner of the envelope containing the application.
