Date Added: October 24, 2025 Deadline: 06/11/2025 Category: Consultancy REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (CONSULTING SERVICES) NIGERIA SPECIAL AGRO-INDUSTRIAL PROCESSING ZONE (SAPZ) SECTOR: AGRICULTURE LOAN NO: 2000200005159/5050200001351S PROJECT ID NO: P-NG-AAA-002 The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) has applied for financing from the African Development Bank toward the cost of the Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zones (SAPZ) Program Phase I (SAPZ-I), and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this loan to payments under the contract for Consultancy Services for profiling of members of farmers, agribusiness SMEs including the Geomapping and biometric of farmers in five (5) LGAs in Ogun State of Nigeria. The services included under this project are to carry out a Comprehensive Profiling of Smallholder enterprise organizations and their members, namely, Agro-inputs dealers, off-taker, MSMEs, marketers/traders and other service providers within and around the localities hosting the AIH and ATCs for the AfDB funded program titled Special Agro-processing Zones (SAPZ). The Consultancy will take place in five (5) out of the 20 LGAs of Ogun State. These LGAs includes Ijebu East, Ijebu North East, Obafemi/Owode, Odeda and Yewa North. The Ogun State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU) now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification. Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Banks Rules and Procedures for the use of Consultants [October 2015], which is available on the Banks website at http://www.afdb.org.
