The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Basic Support Services And Ongoing Update Services For The Ides System (License Number 294) And Also Extended Support Services For The Ides System In The Scope Of A Flat Rate Of Up To 3 Man-Hours Per Month. The Performance Also Includes The Support Of Expansion Modules Of The Ides System And The Support Of The Ides Management Control Module, Which Will Be Provided And Billed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Agreement.
