1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works, Which Include: 1) Demolition Works; 2) Masonry Works; 3) Roofing And Facade Works; 4) Accompanying Works.2. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Presented In The Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Description And Drawing, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A 60-Month Guarantee And Warranty For The Construction Works Performed And The Materials Used, Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works. The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty And Guarantee Period, Which Will Be Assessed As Part Of The Evaluation Criteria.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Contract, All Persons Performing Construction Works Listed In The Bill Of Quantities, For The Performance Of Which No Qualifications Are Required. Above The Obligation Does Not Apply To Entrepreneurs Personally Performing Any Of The Above. Works, Collaborators Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 13 October 1998 On The Social Security System, As Well As Incumbent Members Of The Contractors Management Or Supervisory Bodies, Partners Of A General Partnership Or Partnership To The Extent That They Will Personally Perform The Service For The Ordering Party Or The Contractor. The Above Shall Apply Mutatis Mutandis To Subcontractors. The Method Of Documenting The Employment Of Persons, The Employers Rights To Control Compliance And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In The Draft Contractual Provisions. 5. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Contractual Provisions - Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.6. The Ordering Party Will Provide Some Of The Construction Materials Necessary To Complete The Order - The List Is Attached As Annex 7 To The Swz. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform The Key Part Of The Order. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of The Order.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers.
