The Commercial And Contractual Terms And Conditions For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Are Set Out In The Draft Contract For The Work, Annex No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation. The Estimated Value Of The Public Contract Is Czk 11,000,000 Excluding Vat. The Total Expected Value Of The Public Contract, Including The Reserved Change Of Commitment, Amounts To Czk 12,500,000 Without Vat For 4 Years. The Contracting Authority Points Out That The Value Of The Reserved Change Of Commitment Is Not Part Of The Tender Price.
