Bids Are Invited For Price Registration For The Possible Hiring Of A Company To Provide Public Services For Collection Of Organic Waste, Transportation And Final Disposal Of Solid Waste, Supply, Hygienization And Maintenance Of Containers And Final Disposal Of Solid Vegetable And Bulky Waste, According To Plans (Maps), In Order To Meet The Needs Of The Urbanism Secretariat Of The Municipality Of São Miguel Do Oeste/Sc, In Accordance With Annex I, Terms Of Reference Of The Notice.

Conventional Manual And Mechanized Collection Of Urban Solid Waste (Organic/Rejects) With Household Characteristics, Generated In Residences, Commercial, Industrial And Public Service Establishments, Disposed On Public Roads And Public Places Located Within The Urban Perimeter Of The Municipality., Supply, Hygiene And Maintenance Of Containers In The Form Of Lending Hdpe Containers With Capacity Volumetric Of 1,000 Liters, Equipped With Plastic Sticker For Identification Of Organic Waste/Refuse, Lid, Bins For Mechanized Loading, Drain With Lid For Emptying Liquids And Four Wheels With Locking Device. Green Color., Transshipment, Transport And Final Disposal In Landfill Of Waste Collected In The Municipality Of São Miguel Do Oeste, Strictly Following Legislation (Law 12,305/2010) And Environmental Standards (Abnt Nbr 8419/1992 And Nbr 15849/2010). The Landfill Must Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor. During The Entire Contractual Term, The Contractor Must Maintain The Vehicles And The Landfill Duly Licensed, Meeting The Requirements Of The Supervisory Bodies For Carrying Out The Activities. Note: The Landfill To Be Indicated By The Contractor, Must Be Located At A Distance Of No More Than 140 Km, Between The Headquarters Of The Municipality And The Landfill, Considered The Route On Paved Roads And Not In A Straight Line., Reception And Final Destination Of Vegetable And Bulky Waste Arising From Cleaning Activities On Public Roads And Public Places. This Waste Is Basically Composed Of Branches, Waste From Mowing And Weeding, Furniture Scraps And Household Utensils. This Waste Will Be Collected And Transported By The Contractors Teams And Vehicles. The Location To Be Indicated For This Purpose Must Follow All Relevant Legislation And Environmental Standards For The Activity. Note: Construction Waste Such As Cement, Concrete, Bricks, Ceramics, Plaster, Among Others Are Not Included.
