The Missions Entrusted To The Concessionaire Are As Follows: • Operation, Maintenance, Monitoring, Repairs Of All Wastewater Collection Works Made Available By The Community, In Particular The Networks And Lifting And Discharge Stations, Storm Spillways And Special Works (Screens, Etc.), • Operation, Maintenance, Monitoring, Repairs Of All Wastewater Treatment Works, In Particular The Treatment Station Wastewater, •The Operation, Maintenance And Repair Or Replacement Of Connections Up To The Limit Of The Public Domain (Including The Connection Box Or Property Line), •The Evacuation, Transport And Treatment Of Waste And Sludge Produced At The Wastewater Treatment Plant, •The Compliance Check Of Non-Domestic Discharges, •Continuity Of Service Including In Particular The Establishment Of An On-Call Service That Can Be Contacted In The Event Of An Emergency 24 Hours A Day And 365 Days A Week, • Maintaining The Inventory Of The Tangible And Intangible Assets Of The Service, • Collecting And Using Information Relating To The Operation Of The Installations And The Execution Of The Service, • Carrying Out The Work Defined By This Contract, • Relations With Users Of The Service, • The Right To Collect From Users A Fee In Remuneration For The Service Provided, • Informing The Community Of Any Incident Or Problem Occurred As Part Of Monitoring, • Taking Sustainable Development Into Account, • Wastewater Collection Network (Including Lifting Stations) In The Commune Of Le Port • Wastewater Collection Network (Including Lifting Stations) In The Commune Of La Possession • Intercommunal Wastewater Treatment Station Of Le Port And La Possession
