Support Services For Railway Transport – Service Of Computer Systems For Controlling Train Traffic In The Warsaw Metro. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Called Service Of Computer Systems For Controlling Train Traffic In The Warsaw Metro. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Service Of Computer Devices For Train Traffic Control Systems On The 1St Line Of The Warsaw Metro And The Service Of Computer Devices For Train Traffic Control Systems On The 2Nd Line Of The Warsaw Metro. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (In Particular Technical Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order On The 1St And 2Nd Lines Of The Warsaw Metro And The Scope Of Service Activities) Is Included In The Technical Specification, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Is An Integral Part Thereof. 3. For Spare Parts/Components Delivered And Installed As Part Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide A 24-Month Warranty On The Terms Indicated In The Template Agreement (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz). During The Period Equal To The Warranty Period, The Delivered Spare Parts/Components Will Be Covered By Warranty. 4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Procedure Documentation, I.E.: Swz And Its Annexes, In Particular St And The Model Agreement (Appendix No. 2 To Swz). 5. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires The Employment, Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended), By The Contractor Or Subcontractor, Of Persons Performing Activities Involving The Operation Of A Telephone Reporting Line Available 24/7 Throughout The Period Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, Through Which The Ordering Party Will Report Faults, Critical Faults And Errors. 6. The Rules For The Ordering Partys Verification Of Employment Requirements Under An Employment Contract And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In The Contract Template (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz).
