The Forecast Amount Of Electricity Is 5,314.706 Mwh. The Data Provided Is Indicative. The Demand For Electricity Specified In The Previous Sentence Is An Estimated Demand. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Minimum Amount Of Estimated Electricity Consumption At The Consumption Points Specified In Annex No. 7 Of The Swz Will Not Be Less Than 60%, Provided That, For Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Ordering Party And Affecting The Failure To Use The Minimum Estimated Consumption, This Amount May Be Lower, And The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Additional Claims In This Respect. 3.
