The Assignment Includes At Least The Audit Of The Annual Accounts, Work Relating To The Single Information Single Audit (Sisa), Issuing Legally Required Statements And Partial Statements, And Fulfilling The Natural Advisory Function. This Includes Contributing To The Advancement Of Expertise Of The Audit Committee And The Municipal Council. The Tenderer Must Provide Signals About Risks That The Municipality May Run, Both In Relation To The Annual Accounts Drawn Up And In Response To External Developments That May Influence Municipal Operations. Findings And Recommendations Are Constructively Critical In Nature, Are Reported In Understandable Dutch Language And Are Solution-Oriented, Customized And In A Clear Format. The Municipality Values A Collaborative Attitude, A Broad View Of Municipal Developments And Continuous Alertness To Risks And Improvement Opportunities In Processes And Accountability. The Tenderer Is Also Expected To Be So Involved With Municipalities In General That The Administrative Support And Advice Actually Has Added Value For The Municipality. The Agreement Commences On May 1, 2026 And Ends On April 30, 2028 (Fiscal Years 2026, 2027 And 2028) With The Option Of Six One-Year Extensions (Fiscal Years 2029, 2030, 2031, 2032, 2033 And 2034). So A Total Maximum Of Nine (9) Years.
