Inspection Of The Fourth Level Of Maintenance (P4) Of Eight (8) Electric Multiple Units Type 31We, En78 Series With Numbers En78-001, En78-002, En78-003, En78-004, En78-005, En78-006, En78-007, En78-008 In Accordance With The Scope Specified In The Maintenance System Documentation No.: Ns/31We/3028/16 Z On January 31, 2024, Under The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Annex No. 4 To The Swz) 1.2. Inspection Of The Fourth Level Of Maintenance (P4) Of Five (5) Electric Multiple Units Type 45We, En79 Series With Numbers En79-001, En79-002, En79-003, En79-004, En79-005, In Accordance With The Scope Specified In The Maintenance System Documentation No.: Ns/45We/3029/16 Of January 31, 2024 On The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 4 To The Swz) 1.3. Additional Works Going Beyond The Permanent Scope Of The Dsu, The Need For Which Will Be Diagnosed By The Contractor In The Course Of Performing Inspections At The P4 Maintenance Level For Individual Vehicles Of Type 31We, En78 Series Indicated In Point 1 Above, And Vehicles Of Type 45We, Series En79 Indicated In Point 2 Above, Within The Cost Limit Of These Works Indicated By The Ordering Party In § 6 Section 1 Letter E) In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 4 To The Swz) 1.4. Optional Works Carried Out Under The Option Right Indicated In § 23 For Eight (8) Electric Multiple Units Of The En78 Series Indicated In Point 1 Above And For Five (5) Electric Multiple Units Of The En79 Series Indicated In Point 2 Above, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicated In Annex No. 8 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Annex No. 4 To The Swz) 1.5. Preparation Of Technical Documentation For The Vehicles Indicated In Point 1, Taking Into Account All Works Performed Under The Subject Of The Agreement, Including The Preparation Of Accompanying Documentation Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of These Works And The Use Of The Vehicles After The Work Has Been Performed, Updating The Technical Documentation Of The Vehicles By The Contractor (In Particular, Conceptual, Assembly And Construction Diagrams, Technical And Operational Documentation, Spare Parts Catalog, Documentation Of The Maintenance System - The Form Of A Supplement Is Allowed) To The Extent Resulting From The Work Performed, Along With Granting The Ordering Party A License To The Technical Documentation Created During The Implementation Of The Agreement. 2. Details Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
