Electricity - Procurement Of Electricity In 2025. Procurement Of Electricity For Institutions Managed By The Ehun-Ren Center 01.01.2026. 00.00 And 31.12.2026. For The Period Between 24.00 Hours. The Contracting Authority Draws The Tenderers Attention To The Fact That The Lxxxvi Of 2007 On Electricity. Based On Point E) Of § 74, Paragraph (1) Of The Act, Electricity Trade Is A Licensed Activity. The Amount Of Electricity That Can Be Called Under The Contract Is A Total Of 15,314,363 Kwh. Quantity Deviation Is 20% Of The Contracted Quantity. The Total Amount That Can Be Called Is 18,377,236 Kwh. The Amounts That Can Be Called Are Included In The Technical Annex For Each Institution. The Fixed 20% Difference Is Free Of Charge, And The Contracting Authority Is Not Obligated To Use It.
