Drafting Of Two Press Releases At The Beginning And At The End Of The Project: 2 Pcs 2.2 Permanent Panel: 1 Pc 2.3 Labels: 440 Pcs 2.4 Banner: 2 Pcs 2.5 Roll-Up: 2 Pcs 2.6 Promotional Objects: Information Leaflets: 200 Pcs 2.7 Promotional Objects: Pens: 200 Pcs 2.8 Promotional Objects: Bag: 200 Pcs 2.9 Promotional Items: Wireless Optical Mouse: 200 Pcs 3 Online Promotion Campaign (Creating, Planning And Running A Promotion Campaign): 1 Piece The Contract Includes Various Activities, Which Require Distinct Skills: • Event Organization Services (Logistics, Equipment, Catering); • Advertising Material Production Services (Design, Printing, Delivery); • Online Promotion Services (Digital Strategy, Copywriting, Reporting). This Diversity Implies A High Degree Of Operational Complexity And Requires Integrated Coordination Capacity On The Part Of The Provider. The Requested Services Are Not Standardized, But Must Be Adapted To The Specifics Of The Project: • The Events Will Be Organized According To The Projects Calendar And Objectives; • Promotional Materials Must Comply With The Visual Identity And Visibility Requirements Imposed By The Financier; • The Online Campaign Must Be Customized According To The Target Audience And Communication Objectives. Activities Are Interdependent And Must Be Delivered In A Logical Sequence: • Promotional Materials Must Be Delivered Prior To The Launch Event; • The Online Campaign Must Be Correlated With Events And Press Communication; • Promotional Items Must Be Distributed At Events Or In Parallel With Online Promotion. The Complexity Of The Contract Generates Risks Such As: • Delays In The Delivery Of Materials Or The Organization Of Events; • Non-Compliance Of Materials With Visibility Requirements; • Failure To Achieve Online Promotion Indicators. To Reduce These Risks, Careful Monitoring Of Deliverables And The Inclusion Of Contractual Clauses Regarding Penalties For Non-Compliance With Deadlines And Technical Requirements Is Required.
