Public Transport Services By Railways – Railway Transport Services For Up To 1,000,000 Tons Of Steam Coal For Enea Wytwarzanie Sp. Z O.O. Over A Period Of 18 Months Under Framework Agreements. The Subject Of The Order Is To Select Contractors For The Rail Transport Service Of Up To 1,000,000 Tons Of Steam Coal (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Goods) To Enea Wytwarzanie Sp. Z O.O. Within 18 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement Under The Framework Agreements Concluded With These Contractors. The Provision Of A Specific Transport Service Will Be Ordered Each Time By Selecting The Best Offer Submitted In Response To An Invitation To Participate In An Electronic Auction For A Specific Unit Order. Under The Framework Agreement, The Ordering Party Plans To Commission The Transport Of Goods In A Total Quantity Of Up To 1 Million Tons, And This Quantity Will Be Hereinafter Referred To As: Maximum Quantity Of Goods, From Individual Goods Loading Places To The Delivery And Acceptance Point Of Enea Wytwarzanie Sp. Z O.O. – The Ordering Partys Destination Station.
