Work Detail
Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Approval Process For The Implementation Of Audits, Sanctions And Certifications In Accordance With The Ama Guidelines “Flowers And Ornamental Plants”. Over The Last Few Decades, Ama Marketing Has Established Comprehensive Quality Assurance And Origin Programs In The Food Sector. To Check Compliance With These Quality Assurance And Origin Programs, Ama Marketing, Among Other Things, Sets Out: There Is An Approval System For Control Bodies In Accordance With The Ama Guidelines For “Flowers And Ornamental Plants. All Control Bodies That Meet The Approval Criteria Will Be Included By Ama Marketing In The Approval System Through The Implementation Of Audits, Sanctions And Certifications In Accordance With The Ama Guidelines For “Flowers And Ornamental Plants” And The Relevant Service Contract (Chapter B) Between Ama Marketing And These Checkpoints Completed. Inclusion In The Admission System And The Conclusion Of The Service Contract (Chapter B) Do Not Represent A Selection Decision On The Part Of Ama-Marketing, But Are Admission Requirements. The Control Body Is Subsequently Selected Exclusively By Contractual Partners Of Ama-Marketing (But Not By Ama-Marketing). Contractual Partners Of Ama-Marketing Can Be: The Participants Of The Ama Guidelines “Flowers And Ornamental Plants As Well As Third Parties With Whom Participants Have An Established Contract/Supply Relationship And Who Have Concluded The “Bundler Contract” With Ama Marketing (E.G. Bundlers Such As Dairies, Etc.). The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Audits Of Participants In The Ama Guideline Flowers And Ornamental Plants. The Control Activities Of The Control Bodies Include At Least The Following Minimum Scope: • Preparatory Actions • Implementation Of On-Site Audits • Sampling (If Provided) • Sanctioning And Certification • Reporting And Documentation • Verification Of Corrective Measures For Details See Chapter B - Service Contract Including Appendices. The Project In Question Will Be Carried Out Through An Approval Process (“Open House Process”). In Such A Procedure, An Agreement On The Provision Of Services Is Concluded With All Interested Applicants For Admission Who Meet The Predetermined Criteria (“Admission Criteria”) And Conditions (Chapter B – Service Agreement). In Contrast To A Conventional Award Of Contracts, There Is No Ranking Of The Participating Applicants For Admission, But Rather A Service Contract (Chapter B) Is Concluded With All Applicants For Admission Who Meet The Admission Criteria Set In Advance Or Accept The Conditions. The Procedure In Question Therefore Does Not Fall Within The Scope Of The European Procurement Report Due To The Lack Of A Selection Decision And Due To The Non-Discriminatory Access Option For All Interested Applicants For Admission
