The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Data Transmission Services In The Form Of A Secure And Available Wan Vpls Access Network Compliant With The Ethernet Protocol, To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In The Terms Of Reference (Swz) And In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Includes: The Service Of Commissioning And Technical Maintenance Of Primary And Backup Connections Between The Courts Of Appeal In Rzeszów And The Central Server Room Located In The It Department Of The Court Of Appeal In Rzeszów, Based In Krosno. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of A Basic Order And An Optional Order Dedicated To Two Groups Of Orchards In The Rzeszów Appellation. Group 1 Includes The Court Of Appeal In Rzeszów With Its Seat At Al. Piłsudskiego, Court Of Appeal In Rzeszów With Its Seat In Krosno At Ul. Kletówki And The District Court In Nisko. Group 2 Includes All Other 23 Courts Of Appeal In Rzeszów. As Part Of The Basic Order, Fiber Optic Connections Must Be Provided For 3 Judicial Units From Group 1 And 23 Judicial Units From Group 2, Which Will Be Implemented With The Minimum Bandwidth Of Symmetrical Access Connection Channels, Respectively: - Group 1 - Two Independent Symmetrical Lines (Primary And Backup) Min. 5 Gb/S Each,  Group 2 – Two Independent Links, Including One (Basic) Symmetrical Link, Min. 1 Gb/S, And A Second (Spare) Symmetrical Link Of Min 100 Mb/S. As Part Of The Optional Order, It Is Possible To Increase The Bandwidth For Group 1 From 5Gb/S To 10Gb/S And For Group 2 From 1Gb/S To 5Gb/S - In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In Annex 1 To The Swz.
