Repair And Maintenance Services Of Rolling Stock – Repair In The Maintenance Level Of P5 Emus Of The En57-038 Series. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Repair At The P5 Maintenance Level Of An Electric Multiple Unit (Emu) Series En57-038. 1.1. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Modernize The Toilet And Monitoring System As Well As Additional Works. 2. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes That Refer To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Indicated In The Swz And Annexes If They Allow To Obtain Features Or Parameters Not Worse Than Those Referred To In The Swz And Annexes. If Equivalent Solutions Are Used, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate In Writing The Equivalence Of The Offered Technical Parameters In Relation To The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Will Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Ordering Party Requests The Submission Of The Evidence Referred To In Section 2 (If Applicable). If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Evidence Or The Evidence Submitted Is Incomplete, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 107 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law Will Call For The Submission Or Supplementation Of The Evidence Referred To In Section 2 (If Applicable). 4. A Detailed Description, Scope, Requirements And Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
