Data Scientists / Data Analysts expertise in data modeling, dash boarding, AI/ML, or statistical analysis for humanitarian/development contexts. AI Experts understanding of ethical AI, responsible data, and deployment of AI for social impact. Experts in Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) & Anticipatory Action (AA) background in risk modelling, early warning, or preparedness frameworks. Technical Project Managers experience managing IT development teams, coordinating clients and developers, and delivering digital products. Data Protection Specialists GDPR compliance, responsible data frameworks, AI/data ethics. MEAL Experts (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning) Project evaluation, MEAL frameworks, indicator design, data quality systems.
