Tenders are invited for Staff & Event Catering Services at Dewa New HQ Al Sheraa Building, Al Jaddaf The Tender Documents are available Free of Cost. We intend to appoint a Reputed F&B company to Manage & provide services required to cater to the needs of DEWA staff members and Events located at DEWA HQ which is The Tallest, Largest and Smartest Net Positive Governmental Building In The World. F&B Companies are expected to submit best quotation for a variety of food items and beverages with lowest unit price to run a Staff food court and Event Catering Services on demand. Interested and reputed F&B companies/Agencies must send their Intention to bid for this tender to contracts@dewa.gov.ae along with their company profile and contact details (email address & Mobile is mandatory). DEWA Contracts department will then e-mail the tender documents to ONLY those interested companies to bid for this tender. Tenders must be valid for acceptance for 120 days from the closing date of the Tender. Tenderer shall arrange to deposit Dirhams 10,000.00 (AED Ten Thousand Only) as a tender bond amount and the tender must be accompanied by the cash receipt obtained from cash deposit to DEWA account (specified in the tender document) in ENBD Bank against the payment for an amount of Dirhams 10,000.00, which is refundable if not successful. STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS 1) Prices should be DDP delivery duty paid at DEWA stores. 2) Quotation to be submitted only in local currency U.A.E Dirhams 3) DEWA Standard payment terms is 30 days credit from the date of acceptance of material 4) No DEWA staff or his or her relatives up to third degree should have ownership or partnership in your company, and your participation in DEWA tenders / RFQs should not constitute a Conflict or perceived Conflict of Interest.
