Request for Quotation for Connectivity Support Renewal 2026. Bidding Opens on: 24 October 2025 Due on: 07 November 2025 Estimated Value: AED 0 - 0 Tender Details: The Department of Government Enablement (DGE) seeks to establish a comprehensive one-year Hardware and Software Support Agreement with a qualified Service Provider. The objective is to ensure uninterrupted support, renewals, availability, and service continuity across DGEs mission-critical IT infrastructureincluding Connectivity Devices, Network management toolsetsas listed in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The selected Service Provider shall take complete responsibility for ensuring all Connectivity assets are covered under valid OEM support contracts and managed in accordance with industry best practices. The engagement requires a proactive and structured support approach, including timely fault resolution, periodic audits, performance reporting, and escalation management. The Service Provider must demonstrate strong technical capabilities and prior experience in managing complex Network environments.
