Tenders are invited for Store Room (Civil Works). Tender should be submitted within the deadline, on or before 6th November 2025, 10.00 a.m. and will not be accepted after the deadline under any reason. Invitation for the tender for construction of Store Room (Civil works) of Saemaul Potato seed Cultivation Centre at Boralanda Farm, Welimada with the financial assistance of SAEMAUL FOUNDATION Terms & Conditions This Contract will be entrusted to contractors registered with the Construction Industry Development Authority (CIDA) (C8 or above) After opening the tenders, the selected contractor must agree to the terms and conditions of the contract. Engineers Estimate is Rs.9 Million. The construction should be completed within the relevant agreed period. Bidders should have satisfactorily completed at least two similar contracts with foreign funded projects within the past five years and have a satisfactory track record of work, all works should be supported by certificates from clients and/or consultants. Shall have sufficient Bid capacity to undertake the work, calculated in accordance with CIDA guidelines. Shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices or unsatisfactory performance of work. Be able to produce the contractors updated record book before Bid Documents are issued. The Contractor shall furnish an Advance Security Bond equivalent to total advance payment amount, as a guarantee for the proper utilization of the advance, total bond shall be released upon final payment subject to satisfactory completion. Saemaul Foundation will not be responsible for any costs of expenses incurred by the bidders in connection with the preparation, attending pre-bid meeting and delivery of bids. The Procurement Committee reserves the right to reject any bid at any time prior to awarding the contract without assigning any reason. The Procurement Committee is not obligated to accept the lowest bid or any other bid.
