1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Called Construction Of A Sidewalk On Ul. Prusa In Konstantynów Łódzki.2. The Order Covers The Construction Of A Pedestrian Road With A Length Of Approximately 132 M, On Plots With Registration Numbers 399/1, 315/3, 422, District K-12, Konstantynów Łódzki Commune, Pabianice Poviat.3. The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Points 1 And 2 Includes In Particular: − Geodetic Measurements, − Temporary Traffic Organization (Design, Implementation, Maintenance And Dismantling), − Demolition Works, − Earthworks (Drilling, Excavations, Embankments, Profiling And Compaction), − Clearing Of Bushes And Construction Of Green Areas, − Construction Of A Pedestrian Road With A Cobblestone Surface Concrete And A Minimum Width Of 1.80 M With Substructures, Frames And Possible Reinforcement Of The Ground With A Load-Bearing Capacity Adapted To Traffic Category Kr1, − Height Adjustments Of Existing Network Elements, − Planting / Cutting Green Areas - Within The Study Limits To The Level Ensuring Proper Drainage Of Rainwater, − Spreading Fertile Soil (Fertile Soil - Topsoil), − Execution Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings, − Preparation Of Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory.4. The Detailed Scope Of Work And The Method Of Their Implementation Are Specified In The Design Documentation And Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Specification Of Terms Of Contract (Swz), Taking Into Account Explanations And Changes Made By The Ordering Party During The Public Procurement Procedure - If Any.5. The Contractors Remuneration Is A Lump Sum, Which Is The Equivalent Of The Contractors Benefit Described In The Design Documentation Indicated In Point 4 And In Stwiorb. 6. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature, Which Means That If A Given Type Of Works Or Their Measurements Or Their Scope Has Been Included In The Design Documentation Or In The Stwiorb - The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Type Of Works, Their Measurements Or Their Scope Indicated Therein In Accordance With The Design Documentation Or The Stwiorb As Part Of A Lump Sum Remuneration, Even If The Given Type Of Works Or Their Measurements Or Their Scope Has Not Been Included In The Bill Of Quantities.7. All Works Performed And Materials Delivered Will Be Consistent With The Design Documentation And Stwiorb. If The Materials Or Works Are Not Fully Compliant With The Design Documentation Or Stwiorb And This Results In Unsatisfactory Quality Of Construction Works, Such Materials Will Be Replaced With Other Ones, And The Completed Elements Will Be Dismantled And Rebuilt At The Contractors Expense. 8. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Stwiorb Design Documentation And Applicable Law, Construction Practice, Technical Knowledge, The Contract Concluded With The Ordering Party, And The Arrangement
