Meat, Offal, Bones And Fresh Fats Which Are Elements Of The Cutting Of Pork Carcasses And, To A Small Extent, Beef Carcasses. The Total Weight Of The Ordered Meat And Offal Over A Period Of 12 Months - Approximately 31,291 Kg. Group 2. High-Quality Pork Meat Products, Made Using Various Technologies In The Form Of Various Hams, Sausages, Blocks, Etc. With Various Degrees Of Grinding And Composition As Well As Increased Durability, Possible To Eat Without Special Cold Preparation, E.G.: Hams, Tenderloins, Dry And Pre-Dried Sausages, Kabanos Sausages, Smoked Meats, Etc. The Total Expected Weight Of Ordered Cold Cuts In This Group: Approximately 22,925 Kg, Group 3. Other Pork Cold Cuts Made Using Various Technologies In The Form Of Various Types Of Sausages And Bars With Various Degrees Of Grinding, With Stuffing Or Spices, Can Be Eaten Cold Or After Heating, And Also Delicatessen Products In The Form Of Pâtés, Roasts, Brawns, Etc. The Total Expected Weight Of The Ordered Products In This Group: Approximately 20,575 Kg. The Given Quantity Of Ordered Products Is Not The Final Quantity And May Vary Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, The Total Value Of Changes Is Less Than 10% Of The Order Value Originally Specified In The Contract, If Such A Need Arises On The Part Of The Ordering Party, While Maintaining The Unit Prices Given By The Contractor In The Offer. The Ordering Party Made An Estimate Based On The Reported Number Of Guests In 2025. The Demand For Product Deliveries May Change In The Event Of A Change In The Number Of Hotel Guests, Including Commercial And Treatment Guests With A Referral From The National Health Fund. The Contractors Remuneration Will Depend On The Number Of Deliveries Actually Made. The Changes Will Be Made In The Form Of A Written Annex. A Detailed List Of The Desired Goods Is Presented In Annex 1 To This Specification.2. The Delivered Goods Should Correspond To The Polish Standard Or The Description Of The Characteristics Appropriate To A Given Product And The Name Given By The Manufacturer. This Description Should Be Included In The List Of Products Proposed For The Execution Of The Order Prepared By The Contractor And Attached To The Offer.3. Each Delivered Batch Of Goods Should Be Accompanied By A Valid Veterinary Examination Certificate And Should Have A Specific And Marked Shelf Life.4. It Is Allowed To Extend The Range Of Ordered Goods During The Term Of The Contract To Include Products Newly Introduced To The Market.5. Delivery Includes Transport Services And Unloading At The Ordering Party.6. Delivery Of Goods Within A Maximum Of 12 Hours From Placing The Order. 7. Product Batch Traceability - Specification Of Each Batch.8. Products Of The Highest Quality, Not Frozen, Without Airtight Packaging.9.
