The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation For The Garwolin Commune Of Draft Decisions On Development Conditions And Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment, Together With Analyzes Of The Functions And Features Of The Development And Development Of The Area Surrounding The Planned Investment Area, As Well As Decisions Amending The Above-Mentioned Decisions, As Well As Decisions Refusing To Issue Decisions On Development Conditions In 2025. The Task Includes The Development Of Decisions: 1. For Residential, Farm, Summer And Industrial Buildings And For Buildings Related To Running A Business; Etc.2. For The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment: 3. Amending The Decisions Listed In Point 14. Amending The Decisions Listed In Point 25. Refusing, Listed In Points 1,2,3,4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Draft Decision Within: A) 5 Working Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Application For The Decision To Establish Development Conditions For Detached Buildings, No More Than Two-Story Single-Family Residential Buildings With Building Area Up To 70 M2, And The Construction Is Carried Out In Order To Meet The Investors Own Housing Needs; (In Accordance With Article 29(1)(1A) Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725, As Amended), B) 10 Working Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Application For The Remaining Decisions Listed In Points 1,2,5 Of This Section; C) 5 Working Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Application For Decisions Amending The Decisions Listed In Points 3,4 Of This Section Paragraph; In The Event Of An Appeal Against The Decision And Its Referral By The Appeal Body For Reconsideration Of The Case, The Contractor Will Participate In These Proceedings Within (The Limits Of) The Fee For Preparing The Draft Of The Original Decision, Without The Right To Separate Remuneration. The Preferred Method Of Submitting Applications For Development Of The Above-Mentioned By The Ordering Party. Projects Will Be Carried Out Electronically, As Well As Draft Decisions Prepared By The Contractor. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Provide The Applicant And The Parties To The Proceedings With The Contractors Contact Details In Order To Provide Explanations Regarding The Establishment Of Development Conditions Or Their Refusal. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Preparation Of Draft Decisions And Applications That Were Received Before The Announcement Of This Procedure In The Number Of Approximately 150 Pieces. The Scope Of The Prepared Decisions Must Be In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard.
