The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Service Feeding Eligible Beneficiaries Of The Social Welfare Center In Świecie In The Form Of A Hot Meal For 2026 Pursuant To Art. 48 And Art. 48B Section 2 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004. On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended) And On The Basis Of Resolution No. 149 Of The Council Of Ministers Of August 23, 2023 On The Establishment Of The Multi-Annual Government Program Meals At School And At Home For The Years 2024-2028 (M.P. Of 2023, Item 881), Resolution No. 493/23 Of The City Council In Świecie Of October 26, 2023 On Increasing The Income Criterion Authorizing The Granting Of Nutritional Assistance In The Form Of A Cash Benefit For The Purchase Of A Meal Or Food And Determining The Rules For The Reimbursement Of Expenses For Benefits Provided In The Form Of A Meal Or Benefits In Kind In The Form Of Food Products To Persons Covered By The Multi-Annual Government Program Meals At School And At Home For The Years 2024-2028. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) The Contractor Will Ensure The Preparation, Cooking, Portioning And Consumption Of One Hot Meal In The Premises Designated By The Contractor, Located In The City Of Świecie, In A Place Generally Accessible To Beneficiaries Of The Social Welfare Center In Świecie. 2) The Provision Of Feeding Services Covers A Group Of Approx. 50 People/Month For The Period From January 2, 2026. Until December 31, 2026 (I.E. 364 Days).3) The Ordering Party Expects The Size Of The Subject Of The Order During The Duration Of The Contract To Be: 1. Approximately 18,200 Hot Meals (I.E. 364 Days, Approximately 50 Meals Per Day),2. Approximately 5,460 Packages Issued To Go (I.E. 364 Days, Approximately 15 Meals A Day),3. Approximately 3,640 Deliveries Of Hot Meals To Beneficiaries In The Świecie Commune (I.E. 364 Days For Approximately 10 Beneficiaries).4) The Final Number Of Meals May Change, Depending On The Actual Number Of People In Need. The Expected Number Of People May Increase Or Decrease.5) The Basis For The Implementation Of The Task Mentioned In Point 1 Is Solely An Administrative Decision Issued By The Head Of The Social Welfare Center In Świecie Or Another Person Authorized By The Mayor Of Świecie. 6) The Ordering Party Will Not Bear Any Consequences For A Possible Reduction In The Size Of The Order. 7) The Contractor Will Be Entitled To Reimbursement Of The Cost Of One Hot Meal, For The Packaging Intended For Its Takeaway Delivery And For Its Delivery To An Eligible Beneficiary, Only For The Actual Number Of Meals Served, In Accordance With The Formula For Calculating The Value Of The Order. 8) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Ensure Appropriate Premises Enabling The Consumption Of A Hot Meal.
