The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining Construction Permits (And Other Decisions And Documents Necessary To Obtain Them) And, Based On Them, The Performance Of Construction Works For The Task Titled: Thermal Modernization Of Historic Public And Municipal Buildings In Lipno And Buchałów, In The Design And Build Formula. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Stages: • Stage I - Development Of Design Documentation For Works Related To Thermal Modernization And Replacement Of The Roof Covering Of The Building In Buchałów 38, Together With Obtaining The Required Administrative Decisions, • Stage Ii - Development Of Design Documentation For Works Related To Thermal Modernization And Replacement Of The Roof Covering Of The Building In Lipno 32, Together With Obtaining The Required Administrative Decisions, • Stage Iii - Implementation Of Construction Works Related To The Thermal Modernization And Replacement Of The Roof Covering Of The Building In Buchałów 38, Together With Obtaining An Occupancy Permit, • Stage Iv - Implementation Of Construction Works Related To The Thermal Modernization And Replacement Of The Roof Covering Of The Building In Lipno 32, Together With Obtaining An Occupancy Permit. The Division Of The Scope Of Works Into Stages Does Not Exclude Their Simultaneous Implementation, However, It Is Important For The Ordering Party To Perform All The Works First Design And Construction Works For The Building In Buchałów 38 (Stage I And Iii). The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 9 To The Swz, I.E.: 1) Functional And Utility Program Entitled Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Community Center Building In Buchałów Through Thermal Modernization And Installation Of Renewable Energy Sources,2) Functional And Utility Program Entitled Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Community Center Building In Lipno Through Thermal Modernization And Installation Of Renewable Energy Sources.
