The Subject Of The Order Is The Order Entitled: Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment And Supplies Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 And As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Purchase Of Equipment For The Radom County Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026, Adopted By Resolution No. 72 Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 27, 2025 (M.P. Of 2025, Item 541) On The System Of Financing Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense, Resulting From The Act Of December 5, 2024 On Civil Protection And Civil Defense (Journal Of Laws, Item 1907)2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of: 1) Mobile Water Treatment Station - 1 Pieces, 2) New Pumps For Dirty Water - 21 Pieces, 3) Portable Devices For Measuring Radioactive Contamination - 21 Pieces, 4) Water Treatment Tablets - Disinfection Of Drinking Water - 100,000 Pieces. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order - Annex. No. 1 To The Swz And Draft Provisions Of The Agreement - Annex No. 2 To The Swz.3. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Pzp.4 Act. The Supplier Will Provide Technical Documentation, Operation And Maintenance Manuals In Polish. 5. Guarantee And Warranty Period - The Minimum Required Warranty Period Is 24 Months, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Order Without Any Reservations. Note: The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty Period. Pursuant To Art. 558 Of The Civil Code, The Ordering Party, Together With The Contractor, Extends The Contractors Liability Under The Warranty For Defects In The Subject Of The Order. The Warranty Period Will End On The Date Of Expiry Of The Warranty Period. The Warranty And Warranty Service Are Included In The Draft Agreement, Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Additional Information:1. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Brand New, Fully Functional, Unused, Undamaged, Free From Any Legal Defects, Including Any Third Party Rights And Other Encumbrances And Security Measures, And Should Meet Safety Standards And Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.2. The Ordering Party Reserves: 1) The Possibility Of Verifying The Factory Configuration Of The Purchased Product Range With The Manufacturer, The Possibility Of Verifying The Existing/Purchased Warranty On The Manufacturers Website, 2) The Possibility Of Verifying The Repair Status Of The Device After Providing A Unique Serial Number - In Each Or A Single Product Range Selected By The Ordering Party. 3.
