The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas With The Symbol E, Including Sales And Distribution To The Ordering Partys Facilities According To The List Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 2. The Forecast Volume (Basic Order + Option) - Over A 12-Month Period - Is 3,152,658.00 Kwh For 14 Consumption Points. 3. The Projected Consumption Of Natural Gas Indicated Above Is Indicative, It Is Used Only To Calculate The Offer Price And Compare Offers And May Differ From The Actual Quantity Consumed During The Contract Period. It Does Not Constitute An Obligation For The Ordering Party To Purchase Gas In The Specified Quantity. Settlement Of Liabilities Arising From The Sale Of Gas Will Take Place According To The Prices And Fee Rates In The Submitted Offer And Based On The Actual Readings Of The Measurement System. The Supplier Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Failure To Collect The Expected Amount Of Gas By The Ordering Party. 4. Supplies And Distribution Services Provided On The Basis Of A Comprehensive Contract Or Performed Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended) And The Implementing Provisions Of The Act, As Well As The Provisions Of The Distribution System Operator Tariff, Hereinafter Referred To As Osd. The Quality Parameters Of Gas Fuels Are Regulated By The Provisions Of The Energy Law, Implementing Acts (In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 2, 2010 On The Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Gas System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1382, As Amended) And Polish Standards. The Rules For The Provision Of Distribution Services Are Specified In The Instruction For The Operation And Operation Of The Distribution Network (Iriesd), Approved By The Decision Of The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office (Pure). Therefore, Iriesd Sets Quality Standards Relating To All Important Features Of Gas Distribution.6.
