Part No. 1. Delivery Of Power Generators With Trailers For Transport. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of Two Power Generators With The Necessary Accessories And Two Trailers For Their Transport. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Appendix No. 1A To The Swz. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Appendix No. 1A To Swz 1. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Subject Of The Order: 1) Be Brand New, Complete, Fully Functional, Ready For Use, Without Physical Or Legal Defects, 2) Has Not Been Previously Used Or Exploited, 3) Meets The Technical And Operational Requirements Detailed In Opz.2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Services Accompanying The Delivery, I.E. Loading, Transport, Unloading (If Applicable) At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Cost Of Delivery And Preparation Of The Equipment For Use Should Be Included In The Price Of The Delivered Equipment And Should Not Constitute A Separate Item On The Invoice/Bill. The Delivered Equipment Is To Be Brand New, Unused. The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Above-Mentioned Documentation. All Elements Used Must Be Brand New, Commercially Approved And Have All Approvals For Use. Additionally, The Elements Used Should Meet Safety Standards Specified By Law. Equivalence: 1) If The Names Of Brands (Companies), Products Or Technologies Are Used Anywhere In The Documentation, Pursuant To Art. 99 Section 2 - 7 Of The Public Procurement Law, It Should Be Treated As Information About The Expected Standard And Level Of Quality, And Not Strictly As A Definition Of The Product Necessary For Use. All Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only The Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order.2) By The Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements For Quality Parameters, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements Of The Equipment Contained In Generally Available Sources, Catalogs And Websites Of Manufacturers. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution. Therefore, The Use Of The Names Of Manufacturers And Products Is Only Illustrative. 3) It Is Possible To Use Other Equivalent Products And Technologies, The Equivalence Of Which Is Described In The Detailed Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Task. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Products Equivalent To Those Indicated In These Descriptions.
