1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Mobile Laser Scanning System (Slam-Lidar) To The Maritime University Of Technology In Szczecin With Accessories And Instructions, Described In Detail In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.2) The Possible Names (Trademarks) Provided By The Ordering Party Are Exemplary, And Their Indication Is Intended To Determine The Expected Standard, And The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers Within The Scope Of The Prepared Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3) The Subject Of The Order Was Determined By Indicating Objective Technical And Quality Features And Standards For The Definition Of Which It Is Allowed To Indicate Exemplary Trademarks. 4) If The Ordering Party Refers In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Allowed.5) The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Be Brand New (In The Case Of Assembly Accessories (Handles), Elements Made Using Industrial Technology Or 3D Printing Are Allowed, Meeting Safety And Compatibility Requirements), Free From Technical And Legal Defects, Of Good Quality, Approved For Trading, Packed In The Original Packaging For A Given Product, Equipped With With Labels Identifying A Given Product, Specifying Its Technical, Quality, Functional And Operational Parameters. The Subject Of The Contract, As Well As The Packaging, Must Bear The Trademark And Indication Of Origin (Producer).
