The Subject Of This Order Is The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Technical Equipment, I.E. An Audio-Video Recording System For The Friendly Interrogation Room, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Justice Of September 22, 2024 - On The Method Of Preparing And Conducting Interrogations In The Manner Specified In Art. 185A–185C And Art. 185E Of The Code Of Criminal Procedure And The Conditions That Should Be Met By The Rooms Intended For Such Interrogations (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1477). – According To Which The Recording System Must Ensure: 1) Recording And Recording Of Good Quality Image And Sound During The Interview; 2) Observing And Listening To The Course Of The Interview By Participants Of The Activities Staying In The Technical Room; 3) Forwarding To The Judge Conducting The Interview And An Expert Psychologist Questions To The Witness And Statements Made By Participants Of Activities Staying In The Technical Room; 4) Recording The Questions And Statements Referred To Referred To In Point 3, In The Form Of A Sound Recording;5) Securing The Recorded Image And Sound Referred To In Points 1 And 4 In Such A Way That Only Authorized Persons Have Access To Them;6) Recording The Sound From The Interrogation On An Additional Medium;7) Enabling Participants In The Technical Room To Observe The Interrogation Room And The Witness, With Particular Emphasis On The Witnesss Facial Expressions;8) Appropriate Arrangement Of Devices In The Interview Room To Avoid Distracting The Witness.2.
