Determining The Boundaries Of The Analyzed Area And Preparing An Analysis Of The Application (Graphic And Descriptive) Based On The Spatial Planning And Development Act And On The Basis Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 26, 2003 On The Method Of Determining Requirements For New Development And Land Development In The Absence Of A Local Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 164 Item 1588).4. Preparation Of Draft Decision.5. In The Case Of Comments Submitted To The Draft Decision By The Consulting Bodies And A Higher-Level Body In The Appeal Procedure - Re-Execution Of The Draft Decision Free Of Charge Within 7 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Comments.6. If The Applicant Introduces Changes To The Draft Decision - Re-Execution Of The Draft Decision Free Of Charge Within 7 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Changes.7.
