Tenders are invited for Agreement with Lab Tests and Imagary Services The selected service provider(s) will be required to: Collect lab tests samples daily from ISF PHCCs and dispensaries, mainly located in Chehabeyi, Deirdghaya, Kleili, Sidikine (Tyre), DeirSyriene (Marjeyoun), Ayta Shaab (Bint Jbeil), Kfarhatta and Ankkoun (Saida). Conduct laboratory tests and/or imaging examinations as per medical prescriptions provided by the referring physician. Ensure timely delivery of accurate results (soft and hard copies). Maintain patient confidentiality and data protection. Adhere to infection prevention and control (IPC) standards. Provide reports and invoices on a monthly basis, itemizing services rendered.
