Tenders are invited for Hume Pipes / Concrete Wire Posts (Drain Blocks, Culvert Blocks, Etc). Applications prepared as per the Specimen stated below could either be sent by Registered Post addressed to "Secretary, Attanagalla Pradeshiya Sabha, Nittambuwa" or personally delivered, to be received at or before 15.00 hrs on 14.11.2025. The cover containing the application should be marked, "Registration of Suppliers for the Year 2026" at the left-side top corner. Applications received late will be rejected. All Suppliers intending to be registered should submit separate applications for each item, and a copy of the Business Registration Certificate should be compulsorily attached with the application. If VAT registered (Registered Institutions) a copy of the VAT Registration should also be submitted. Those registering for Goods and Services should pay an amount of Rs. 2000.00 as Registration Charges and Contractors should pay the said amounts as stated against each value.
